Knowing the numerous cases held by Fadi at IAA, he acquired a distinctive strategy and out of box legal pursuit to serve the firm’s clientele. His extensive experience in the litigation field granted him the ability to turn any complicated case into a winning home run by advising and defending the clients on the best way forward.
Fadi also specializes and have demonstrated a specific skill set in the areas of family and matrimonial law. Marwa advises on general corporate law matters including drafting and reviewing commercial and financial agreements, investment term sheets, and shareholders agreements. She is able to assist on complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and corporate restructuring. She offers legal recommendation for companies about their legal obligations, duties, rights and the legal risks associated with their projects and operations.

Throughout his professional career, Elias has gained significant long-standing experience in corporate matters, particularly in the fields of commercial and financial international taxation, company structuring and restructuring, international business law, venture capital and assisting startup companies, real estate as well as construction practices and litigation.
Elias constitutes a key element at IAA and thus has represented major national and international clients in corporate matters. He regularly assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property and patent protection claims against infringement in addition to FIDIC Expertise.
Elias is able to assist companies in various field such as intellectual property, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, engineering, and franchise.

Maribelle is a member of the corporate department, where she advises, negotiates, and drafts various types of contracts, with a particular focus on commercial agreements, including media, marketing, and licensing contracts. She also conducts legal researches, prepares legal opinions, and assists in drafting corporate policies and other legal documents.
She has also gained experience in advising on and establishing companies across multiple jurisdictions, including Lebanon, the UAE, and BVI.
In addition, she is involved in the litigation department, working closely with litigators to provide assistance in day-to-day matters, as well as drafting and filing complaints and claims.

Tia is a member of the Corporate and Litigation Departments. She has knowledge of Civil Law, Startups and Tech Law, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, enabling her to handle a wide range of legal matters. She conducts legal research, negotiates, and prepares various legal documents, including Shareholders Agreements, Articles of Association, Service Agreements, Safe Notes and Policies.
In the Litigation Department, she prepares motions and pleadings and provides legal support to senior lawyers in complex cases.
Tia holds a master’s degree in Litigation, Arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution and is currently an LL.M. Business Law candidate at the Lebanese American University, where she has gained knowledge of U.S. law.
